Hello everyone and welcome to a new sneak peek of Lucky Paradox

This time I arrive happier than usual, as I have managed to make great progress on the next update of the game, plus some new features and good news.

So, let's get to the details as soon as possible!

I've already written a big chunk of the story that will be included in the new 0.8.4 update, which will be focused on Charlotte's story and will add two extensive events that will serve to add a lot of backstories to her story, added some layers of depth to her personal plot, Sophia's story, and everything related to the Charpentier family.

I'm keeping the new longer event format so far, in order to give more progression to the story, which also helps the pacing of the game.

This update will not be as long as version 0.8.3, but that doesn't mean it will be a short update either, let's say I want to aim for a middle ground in the amount of content that will come both in this, and future updates.

My intention with this is to have a more consistent release schedule, so that you can enjoy new content without waiting too much between a release and the next one, which has been a little bumpy so far.

So far everything is going very well, and not having to work directly on the Android version has taken a huge weight off my shoulders, which translates into less time wasted.

I've also added a new feature to the main menu of the game; from now on, both the background design and the girls' outfits will rotate between the existing variations: Summer, Winter and Valentine's Day, as well as leaving open the possibility of adding more variations in the future, as more content becomes available.

It's just a small detail, but I think the beauty is in the details c:

I'm also working on a small addition for the interface, which allows to know the exact progress in the stories of each of the girls (Both main and secondary), and although it is a new feature that is almost finished, I must adjust a little some visual details and test that everything goes in order, so it should be finished for the next version 0.8.5.

Now, a new character will be added that will have a lot of weight in the development of Charlotte's story from now on, those who have been reading these progress reports can probably already imagine who I'm talking about. Soon I will upload a few renders on Patreon for you to see some of the new concepts and designs.

If everything continues at this pace, I should be finishing the writing and editing within the next few days, so I can focus on creating renders and programming.

My intention is to finish this version before the end of the month, so I will do my best to make it happen!

Finally, I want to announce good news, and it seems that version 0.8.3 for the moment exclusive for Patreon has been quite stable and almost without technical problems (important detail since version 0.8.2 had some technical problems that broke the saved games), so will probably be a possible public release soon.

It would be a great double release, both version 0.8.4 exclusive for Patreon, and 0.8.3 for free for the public on the same day!

I think that those who want to see the continuation of the story and can't donate have already waited enough, and I also hope to make the next public releases more often and without so much waiting.
