Progress Sneak Peek - October 4

Hello everyone and welcome to a new sneak peek of Lucky Paradox!

This week will be one with a lot of images, as there are many things to show.

First, some Quality of Life changes have been made to the game. The first change has been the new Social Tab with scroll, this is not only a visual improvement, but it also allows you to access character profiles faster and with fewer clicks. Now you can simply scroll and see the profiles, my idea is to improve the navigation of profiles between characters even more in the future, and for now this is a significant improvement, as part of the code has also been improved to be more optimized.

The second improvement is a new option in preferences that will allow to change the color of the game texts at any time. This is to help players who have difficulty reading the letters in the game during the story, I hope it helps.

Both changes are already available in the latest Beta released last week.

I have also been working on the new Halloween events that will arrive in the next update. Once we reach the month of October in the game, two optional events will be activated and will only be available during the month of October, these will not be important to finish the main story, but they will add more interactions that will give more life to the town. Along with this will come some visual changes in Miss Pumpkin, since during the month of October it will have a horror atmosphere, and we will be able to see Gia with a special costume.

I think Halloween is a celebration very focused on costumes and terror, so I want to mix both concepts. Although on the one hand, it is already possible to buy some costumes in the store, I have decided to add some special costumes for Halloween events.

One of these costumes will be for Mary, which is a concept design I made a long time ago but never had the chance to add to the game.

And the best for last...

The second costume will be a test for a new concept I would like to introduce to the game. Something like "Special Costumes" or "Legendary Costumes", which will not only be a change of clothes, but will change a girl's visual appearance significantly hair color, eye color, etc. These costumes can only be unlocked through some special events. A certain amount of relationship points, depravity and money will be required.

The first of these costumes will be for Layla, here you can see a preview of the Demon Costume.

I think this will lead to a lot of new costumes that could be added (Monster costumes (like demon Layla), Furry costumes, etc...) the sky is the limit. Though this will depend on the reception of this addition in the future.

Finally, I've been making progress on the last location that will be added during version 0.7, although it's not finished yet, but it won't be long now.
